1. Understand

2. Design
From deep insights come fresh ideas and new perspectives. Our multi disciplinary team will create several high-level concepts for your product. We will work with you to focus these ideas into the best possible customer experience.
Once you're happy with the concept, the devil is in the detail! We start to shape the design, at each stage checking back with real users to ensure the product works as desired. The result is an experience that not only answers the brief but also inspires both client and customer.

3. Develop
We can, and do, translate the design into a fully functioning, tested, standards compliant product. If you have technical capabilities in house we can become part of the team to ensure the full delivery of our vision.
We have extensive experience with e-commerce products, content management systems, search engine optimisation, accessibility and high performance sites.
We have also worked hard to create our own agile development methodology, which fits in with the user-centred design approach that already works really well for us.
The Agile Development cycle consists of taking the visual design produced in the previous phases we build standards compliant XHTML & CSS pages. We would then use the underlying technology of (e.g.) Microsoft SQL to implement the Database and business logic required to power all the components of the site.
We will be rolling out this process on all of our future development projects to improve even further the quality of what we produce.
